Carrie L. Anzelmo, age 62, of Greenville, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, February, 6, 2020.

Mrs. Anzelmo, daughter of Louis and Nancy Vari, was a native of Youngstown, Ohio and relocated to
Greenville, North Carolina 15 years ago. She was a graduate of Boardman High School.

Carrie enjoyed spending time with her family and reality television. A loving wife, mother, grandmother,
sister, and daughter, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Michael Anzelmo, a daughter, Adrienne Fornes (Jeff), three
grandchildren, Lyndsay, Allison, and Ryan Fornes, parents Louis and Nancy Vari, sisters Deborah Devor,
Lucinda Bellino, Michele Prokop(Patrick), brothers William Crager and Louis Vari, and many nieces and

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and brother-in-law, Michael Devor.

The family will receive friends Sunday, February 9, 2020 at 3pm with a memorial service to follow at 4pm at First Christian Church of Greenville.

A special thank you to her Hospice nurse, Devon, for his kindness and support.
