Steven “Bull” Vann Milligan, 60, of Fountain, North Carolina passed away Wednesday May 6, 2020 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice Care Center in Greenville, NC. Steve was an active member of the Tuscarora Motorcycle Club in Snow Hill, NC and very much enjoyed riding his Harley with friends. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing and raising beautiful German Shepherds. He worked as a supervisor at Wilson Iron Works.

Steve was born in Whiteville, NC November 5, 1959. He is son of the late, Currie “Tom” Milligan, Sr. and Linda Stephenson Milligan. He was preceded in death by brothers, Currie “Kenny” McKenzie Milligan, Jr. and Robert Earl Milligan, Sr.
He is survived by brother Terry Lee Milligan of Bracey, VA; sister Beverly “Becky” Marie Alderson of Ash, NC and William Conley Milligan of Walstonburg, NC. The family would like to send a special thank you to Steve’s best friend Marty Harrell for his constant care and support.
In light of Covid-19, a Memorial Service will be held in the future. Following that, Steve’s cremated remains will be released over the scenic mountains of Western North Carolina. Condolences can be posted directly to Steve’s Facebook page where his personal quote reads “Happiness is where you find it, but rarely where you seek it.”
